Motocaddy unveils cutting-edge TRM1 Trolley

Golf trolley brand Motocaddy has launched a game-changing new powered golf trolley that doubles up as a lawn mower.

The brand’s ground-breaking TRM1 trolley could potentially save golf clubs thousands of pounds in maintenance cost and hours of greenkeepers’ time.

The cutting-edge TRM is the brainchild of Ian Gell, Motocaddy’s new Director of Engineering and Technology, who recently joined the company from Dyson.
Gell said: “We wanted to come up with a design concept that hoovers up the competition, while at the same time ensuring golf courses look in the best condition possible.”
The high-powered electric trolley features five grass cutting settings from a high cut when in deep rough to a top cut when walking over a green. Available from April 1, the TRM 1 can potentially save golf clubs thousands of pounds in maintenance costs.
“It’s a great idea from Motocaddy. It will help trim the budget, as well as the grass!” said Avril O’Foole, club manager at Sodbury Common Golf Club in County Antrim.
