On Course Foundation, the charity that supports the recovery of wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans through golf, presented a plaque to David Colyer, Director of Leaderboard Golf, at The Oxfordshire Golf Club on January 6.
OGF Operations Manager Alex Woolston presented the award in recognition of Leaderboard Golf’s ongoing event support to the charity. Last October saw one its venues, Sandford Springs Golf Club in Hampshire, host a three-day golf skills and employment training event. It was attended by 24 wounded, injured and sick individuals, making it the most subscribed event of the year.
This year marks the fifth anniversary of the founding of the On Course Foundation, which will be marked by a special golf day at the Royal Household Golf Club at Windsor Castle in July.
